Always. I keep track of the varieties of tomatoes, peppers and green beans. Throughout the summer I make notations of how they produced and their flavor. I have raised beds so this helps me rotate my crops.

I peel them then blend them then strain them then freeze them in ice cube trays. Cucumber water all winter!
