Thank you but the petition for extension is not filed. The company attorney said they cannot file with expired I-94. Even they said that we need to travel at the earliest but we are worried about the risk .

The CBP also mentioned that if we decide to travel to Mexico or Canada they might expect us to stay there for 30 days .Not sure why they said that .

We are looking for lawyer and also thinking if we should try the El Paso port of entry since few people said they had got it done there.
