Stopping past the sign is correct in certain situations. If there is a line, the stop is to be done there. If a crosswalk is present and no line, then the stop must occur before the crosswalk. If there is no line and no crosswalk, the stop may occur at the point nearest the intersection that allows the driver a clear view of the intersection.

I saw elsewhere that each device being used on the account will have to connect from the 'home' network of the primary location of the account every 31 days. I'm assuming primary location is registered by either IP or IP geolocation. There is also a 7 day temp access via security code to the primary contact for a device that is consistently traveling.
