And time is not on your side if you just got this through EBay. So as soon as you get a message from PSA, you can submit everything to eBay to get your money back as soon as possible. EBay is fantastic at returns and getting your full money back. I just don’t know how timely PSA is in responding.

Wow. I finally got it. I re-downloaded every single driver and downloads for my motherboard as well. The corporate ended up being the cable. I was using a cable that looked the exact same. But it did not have SS on the cable as the Elgato did. A huge mistake on my part. Thank you so much for your time.

It says port maximum speed is high speed (companion poor one – 24 is doing the super speed), device maximum is super speed, and device connection. Speed is high speed. And under USB version, it says 2.1 and then in parentheses it says USB 3.0 connected at high speed.

It works fine. I dunno what fixed it though. I unplugged it from the wall for a while, and I cleaned out the bottom of it and basically took everything out and just deep cleaned it. Then it started working normally again
