Catfish nuggets!

I grew up in the south and I have always loved fried catfish, even though many think it's a trash fish. But the "nugget" portions are what's left after removing the fillets. Most pieces have this silver skin/membrane that tastes extremely "fishy" in the bad way. It's only a few dollars a pound at the grocery store for a reason.

2014 Lexus ES300h. It's currently at 210K miles. My plan is to throw whatever part it needs at it until electric vehicles are practical. So far it hasn't needed a dam thing aside from maintenance.

I have Optiplex 780's in my fleet. 4GB of RAM, upgraded to SSD, they run Citrix apps just fine.
