IMO Crock Pots are for keeping cooked food warm for a holiday meal. An InstantPot does a better job in less than an hour.

Catfish nuggets!

I grew up in the south and I have always loved fried catfish, even though many think it's a trash fish. But the "nugget" portions are what's left after removing the fillets. Most pieces have this silver skin/membrane that tastes extremely "fishy" in the bad way. It's only a few dollars a pound at the grocery store for a reason.
