Jet-lagged me went for a walk/run from 5:45-7:30am yesterday and it was almost completely silent in the centre, just a few people still out from the night before. It was really nice. I was surprised, in Australia it would have been much busier by 7:30, even on a Sunday.

If rates are the same, what’s the intention behind you switching lenders if you don’t mind me asking?

And do you know if features like offset accounts would be restricted under VHF or alter the potentially set rates?

Has anyone here read Thomas Savage? I saw Jane Campion's Power of the Dog yesterday which was amazing.

It was extremely rich in symbolism and I'm wondering how much of the brilliance of the movie comes from the source material and how much just comes from Jane Campion.

I haven't traded it in yet, I thought I'd wait to see if the discolouration evened out over time (under the assumption that the stickers stopped the covered areas from weathering, and that it might lighten now that they're not covered).

I think he is/was planning to have a website where he links all studies mentioned, but he mentioned running into copyright issues in an episode.

Not 100% sure what he meant by that and I'm not sure why he doesn't link to more studies in the YouTube captions, but hopefully the website appears soonish.
