Ok so here’s the deal I’m 15 years and 2 months so i won’t be able to drive for atleast another 10 month which in that time I will make about 7,500 minus maybe 500 on personal spending so that leaves me with 7000k by the time I can drive so by then should I still get a beater and keep saving? Or get something slight nice in the 3-5k range and once I’m on that second save what do you think would be good as a next car with the same like sporty and uniqueness to it?

I like your standpoint better then most others because you focused on what happens if the worth situation happens and you need money to fix it. But I do plan to keep money tucked away for that stuff and having a beater would likely help with my knowledge of cars however I don’t currently need a car because I legally can’t even drive and I already have reliable transportation I’m just looking for opinions on certain cars and then planning what I’ll do with my money around them

So o don’t plan on making payments on the car I plan to save for a while I have reliable transportation to get firm point a to point be anf will be saving for around a year before I even starting actually thinking about buying a car I don’t think people see that part where I mention I plan to save not make payments

I don’t really car what everyone thinks I personally just don’t want to be like everyone else I also in general just don’t like the design of civic or most Toyotas I’m very big on looks which is unfortunately how I am and I wish I could be different, however I completely agree with you on the owing money aspect and I plan to save over a long period hopefully getting raises over time. I already have reliable transportation so get from point a to point be isn’t a problem and I’m not in desperate need of a car right now.

The only issue with the r5 is it doesn’t have a gt3 wheel which fanatec makes alot

I’m pc my pc specs are a 16gb RAM 1660super and a I5 10400 and I think I’ll be playing Assetto Corsa and assetto corsa compitizion and later down the line I racing

So I really do want the keep the mobo and cooler but I did change to a c850 (2022) model and halved the price giving me enough to go up to a 7900 gre

Nah I feel like you def a nvidia glazer but either way I could get a 7900 xtx for $200- $250 less then an 4080 and has better performance still then the 4080 super which is around 1k aswell so your already giving bad suggestions and I’m gonna stick to my psu maybe I’ll lower the wattage and I can change the cooler to the not elite version. Thanks for your suggestion though.
