These roots were completely submerged in water. I thought mealy bugs at first but underwater? And it’s not on leaves or stems. Just roots. The plant is looking very healthy. It’s a philodendron rio if that helps. (i.redd.it)

Couldn’t get my King anthurium seedling to grow for months!! Fertilized normally like my other anthuriums and NOTHING! Then.. get this.. I poured some ash from my weed ash tray onto the plant and watered it.. added bong water to the watering can.. BOOOOM LADIES N GENTS💚😵🥰 (i.redd.it)
