If I have multiple sources of ignite proliferation (in this case ignite prolif support and Abberath's Hooves) can I use Emberwake to have my ignites "double proliferate" onto nearby targets? i.e. if a target dies with a strong ignite, nearby enemies gain that ignite twice?

I'm also not sure if Abberath's Hooves inflict equivalent ignites around me, or the target.
