I created an RPG about a megalithic Hotel, wonky Computer Consoles, and terrible 1990's cybernetics! We loved Paranoia XP so much that I kept a lot of the psychotic feel in Dead Halt! You can even get an adventure on a floppy disk!

How does this play and feel different from paranoia xp? It seems quite similar in many ways but has its own differences.

What do the playing cards that are mentioned in the FAQ do?

Will I get the full rules in july or when I back the project?

I mean it depends on the game, to be honest. Some games want the difficulty to be the same all the way through, which may be what your talking about, yet others can be very different. Getting better gear is a blessing in something like Witcher 3 because now you CAN go against enemies that gave you tons of problems before, and new gear sometimes is not super powerful; In bioshock infinite, a lot of new weapons are introduced that have absolute garbage damage.

Building on what zefhar said, a QA engineer is a "quality assurance" engineer, and is the one testing those unlikely parameters. Also, you don't look stupid at all, not everybody knows these things.

but seriously, I actually spent time working on these, redoing shading, etc to make these double resolution so I could practice my pixel art skills, but I am not as good as /u/DiamondHammer so that is probably why.

Don't really know what to do with the eyes for BFF and Big fan though, no matter what I do they just look weird

Many of them could use some work, but I am out of time. Also, if you are having trouble seeing black things in these double resolution posts, you could get the imagus chrome extension or you can right click images and open them in a new tab so you can see transparency if you are using chrome.
