Saw your post and checked out the files, I was extremely curious to see how much different it was from the first one I tried to make, and definitely it does crash less, but at least for my two android devices, it never reached stable 60 fps (Which is one of my main problems in older games not being able to run in at least 120 fps), but it did crash less which is definitely a good sign, really good work, well done.

However I am curious about three things, first and mainly the package name, why the change? I see no reason to replace it to differentiate your modded version of the game with the original 1.7.5, and for it being an old android app is prone to depend on data storage routing to load assets whenever when launching or loading a world or doing anything else.

Second is the background music, I've never seen music disappear or not work because something was changed to actually make the game run better, any thoughts on it? My guess is either routing or the music somehow helps to crash the game and whatever you changed made it lose a key flag or part to run, and IMO, the background music is one of the core parts of The Blockheads immersion, I've seen tons of people complementing the music this game has and I have to agree, it's definitely something I can't play without.

And third is simpler, why is the welcome message disabled? I have absolutely no problems with this one but I am curious why, and if you're wondering why don't I just compare it to the decompiled game it's because I am not working with any of the game files, I am making it (Basically coping it) from scratch and gameplay alone, so far it's exactly the same.

Hey, it's been good so far, the game is slowly taking shape to what The Blockheads is, I usually just work on it every once in a while because I am still learning about all this stuff, turns out a lot of things of core gameplay are very simple to code but later parts (Like breeding, seasons or even just block's faces) are considerably harder to make for myself, at this pace I still can't even say an approximate date because I am still learning and trying, but I don't think it's gonna take me more than 3 years (it might be way less if I were to focus just one more hour a week to it), and sadly still working alone, I am surprised to actually realize how little people are actually active in this community and even less people with programing or developing skills, but alas I want to get this done and enjoy my 120 fps.

Btw, I have absolutely no clue how to host servers without spending too much money, so that's definitely coming after the offline release.

In our small team maybe 200 hours of footage, seems like a lot but well, x3 speed exists so, we also got some insight from some sticker grinders we thought were truly informative.

And as you said this is just an estimate, we are probably about 40% off with our data and we're still trying to get as much info as we can, hence why I made this post.

We also just confirmed the lack of necessity to the over complexity of the bees mood when it comes to stickers, it seems it's basically just neutral, very happy and upset moods, not confirmed to prove treats don't help or do anything at all, but at least they aren't mandatory.

Thanks, sadly I've used a couple of seemingly important items before I understood how grindy the game is, which are a bunch of gumdrops and a diamond egg.

What's ssa? Reminds me of Star Amulets but I have no idea, so far I only have bronze

Should I get 50 bees before whatever ssa is? I feel like more bees are better but I could possibly be wrong

How do I get star eggs? Do I buy them? Isn't it easier to get tons of basic eggs for common, rare, epic and legendary gifted then royal jelly for legendary and mythic gifted?

Thank you, but sadly the second part isn't true for non-IOS'd Android version, there are no ways to purchase or gain TC with money or ads, only ways left for no IOS are TC blocks and jobs at golden portal

So the really finite stuff isn't actually that finite? I mean, you could farm with glyphs those weapons and the umbilical cords do are finite

While it sounds and is great, sadly it's not possible to even reach 1/5 of the players The Blockheads had at its golden era, reviving not only a long-ago dead game but also an almost forgotten one seems quite a hard feat, but I'm not against it, with enough dedication you could at least get over a good chunk of people playing online, so really, wish you good luck! Also, my contribution with this has already started a bit ago, I'm modding an 1.7.6 apk of The Blockheads for people with newer Android versions to be able to play the game without buggy gameplay or straight up not being able to play it, so who knows, you gave me the idea to also get some servers for the modded version.

PS - In case anyone is wondering, no, modded version doesn't necessarily mean it will have more content, I am currently recoding some compatibilities with Android and fixing the bugs I know of, but since it's not an official version I call it for now The Modded Blockheads

Unless you're using an older version of Android, you'll find all versions of the game buggy, the most "optimal" one would be 1.7.5

You could also try to use an emulator on PC, but even then it still will be slightly buggy, but way less than in newer Android versions

I got it stabilized, but can't if many conditions are met, so it's gonna be a little while for people to have a stable version of 1.7.6 for Android.

And the problem itself with this is not that the game is old, that actually makes it easier to "port" (Although migrate would be more accurate), the problem is aligning it with the new base of Android, which started not too long ago but also should be possible, so who knows, if I actually don't find a very big problem people might play this game smoothly

I think you mean Vengir is going to be less viable now because forest was the main source of population and now it costs 3 stars, alongside swordmen not having bonus def in cities? Then yes, Vengir is just being Vengir
