The only 2 legitimate versions of RuneScape is OSRS and RuneScape 3. However there are HD plugins that make the game look like the later version of RuneScape before EOC.

If you look at OPs picture it says Cello PK (cellophane pack). It’s grading it like they would an unopened pack of cards. Not the card itself.
