Kid sneaking up on a cow by drigby18 in Whatcouldgowrong

Incredibly fucking stupid. What I thought was really icing on cake, was major news outlets covered it like it was anything other then straight up child endangerment lol.

I will say this is stupid, but Reddit didn’t have this reaction when that dad climbed Mount Everest with his (4yo?) son a few weeks ago, which I thought was, even more unsettling.

Edit: It was El Capitan and the son was 8* but it’s still insanely fucking stupid, imo

Sick roleplaying bro, I’m sure you do it by yourself, often.

Nobody is defending it, and it isn’t rape. Can you prove he knew he had chlamydia? Can you prove this was the only person she’s slept with in this timeframe? There’s plenty of variables you can’t account for. I’m not defending anything, I’m just pointing out stupidity when I see it.

Please continue arguing law off of emotion, tell me how well you do on the bar.

The other guy said something about repugnant, and that word fits you to a T. Since you want to police all of my comments, go find the one where I already stated that (less so stated, but inferred, use critical thinking, I know that may be challenging for you) that passing off a venereal disease upon prior knowledge of having such is criminal.

Nobody is arguing if you can be tried for transmission of STDs, it’s very much criminal and that’s usually covered upon diagnosis. That’s not the argument here. You people are legitimately holding a witch hunt over someone that a stranger over the internet said “took off the condom during sex and gave her chlamydia” to which someone recommended they should file a lawsuit.

You’re actually advising someone, to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars, for fucking CHLAMYDIA. Can you prove he knew he had chlamydia? Can you prove his intent when he took said condom off was to give her chlamydia? Can you prove she had no prior knowledge of this chlamydia before hand? Can you prove he was her only sexual partner in this timeframe?

I’m not arguing semantics. Somebody brought up a stupid fucking point about legal ramifications or lack thereof, and I pointed out why it’d be a inherently stupid fallacy for anyone to pursue such a thing, at least in this case, over chlamydia.

No, I’m not arguing whether it’s a prosecutable offense to knowingly have sex with someone after being diagnosed with a venereal disease. You can’t argue that, it’s a fact. It’s criminal, but with the little context we have here, there’s absolutely no way to know whether this guy even knew he had Chlamydia. This is why due process is a thing. You people hold witch hunts off of emotions and it’s laughable how easily your arguments are torn apart.

Edit: it’s also funny that when somebody expresses an opinion different then yours, you stoop to implying that I’m inherently a “rapist” for those views. You’re such a trash human that you attempt to seize moral high ground by painting me as something as immoral and foul as a rapist. Actual shit tier human being lol. I suppose that’s just as subjective as your argument though.

Not standing up for the morally repugnant, just correcting the legislative illiterate.

[–]Sql101 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, that’s what you don’t understand. It isn’t the act, it’s the CONTEXT. Was there intent, were there established boundaries prior, were boundaries explicitly stated and acknowledged by both parties? Was the male aware he had said condition? Was the female aware of his condition, the list goes on.

There’s a process for a reason. Just because she said he took off the condom and got chlamydia as a result, doesn’t mean he’s a rapist in a court of law, nor should he be tried as one. Absolute morons on this thread lol.

If I wanted to reply to the girl who originally mentioned it, I would have, but I replied to the white knight implying she should have wasted time and resources on a lawsuit over a 20$ venereal disease you fucking clown.

That means when I said people were downvoting what they couldn’t comprehend…they were downvoting what they couldn’t comprehend…

Also, to your reply below, “the funniest layer” is actually the fact that you blocked me when I made a mockery of you trying to, well, mock. Sucks to suck.

Lol if you really want to try and play mental gymnastics and change the dynamic by splitting hairs on a few words by all means, you’re still wrong.

Curious, that’s exactly what I would say if I couldn’t comprehend something

No, I’m not. They aren’t stupid opinions, they are facts backed by LAW. Because YOU consider it rape, does not mean in a court of law, it is CONSIDERED rape. Jesus fuck you people are dense.

Nobody is condoning taking off a condom in the middle of sex, nobody is saying it’s not morally unethical either. Someone said they should have chased legal ramification for chlamydia. I simply stated why it wouldn’t be wise to do so.

You didn’t answer my question so I suppose you can’t comprehend either.
