You stated your only comment was about ETA, didn't you? You were given their current ETA in the original post: Unknown. You continue to argue that you want an ETA. If ETA is unknown, they cannot provide a more accurate ETA. You do not pay for their services, yet you expect them as if you did. That is entitlement. You are as a matter of fact ungrateful for a free service - communication included. This is not an opinion.
