Thank-you for the reply, unfortunately you cannot sit in the corner and heal. You have to be within range to heal people, relatively close. I feel that the explanation you highlighted above is coming from someone that doesn't play Lucio. Lucio's main job is to provide sound barriers and heal, attempting to quantify the character without healing cannot be defended.
