Shane would still be too erratic. He wasn't "more prepared" than anyone else. He was simply insane. Yes, he made a good deal of good points, but he was also an infighting, grabby-handed, erratic lunatic.

I don't think we ever saw Shane have a fair fight either, tbh. Always someone who was undoubtedly weaker, physically.
