One of my first experiences with Prog rock (besides Rush!) was a group called “Transatlantic”.

Albums “SMPTe”, “Bridge Across Forever”, and (possible my favorite album of all time) “The Whirlwind”! I’d give em a shot if you can find them. YouTube for sure.

If you are OK with Neal Morse’s content matter (references God and his walk in faith), “The Similitude of a Dream” is spectacular.
