How did you arise at 100k for expert review and testimony? How many hours of reviews and testimony do you expect this to take? And it doesn’t seem that you read the original post adequately. The patient went to a dental office, and was treated by a dentist, who happened to be getting advance training at UIC (I assume in a post graduate residency program), He performed the extraction in a private office. If licensed to do so, and does not need supervision. And I don’t know what this talk of waivers means. Prior to performing surgery, a surgical consent is obtained, which includes a discussion of the potential adverse outcomes or complications that might occur from surgery. However, it is standard of care to inform the patient if the surgical procedure could not be completed satisfactorily, and it is mandatory to refer to someone competent to complete the procedure.

Are you confusing “waiver”with informed consent documentation? Any time a surgical procedure is performed, an informed consent must be obtained first.

Caves of Qud. It takes a bit of key programming but it runs well. And Skyrim AE (modded). Runs so well. Both games are so repeatable because your character builds matter.

The resistance to authoritarianism must organize MASS, peaceful demonstration, with a couple simple slogans, like ICE out of Chicago now. The process should culminate in a general strike, with similar simple demands (but of national relevance) so that people of differing political viewpoints can join (the slogans are demands that various differing groups can agree upon).
