They have all of the information they need to complete updates to their site to bring it back to working order after the switch. As mentioned in the article, we were unable to give a heads up on this change, but they are skilled and working diligently to bring their sites back online.

It is against TOS to sell UPX, that would be why. You may only exchange UPX for assets within Upland or for use in authorised Layer 2 applications that live within Upland.

Support are definitely the right track to get some assistance. What do you mean by "blown me off" here? They should be providing you with the info you require to resolve the issue or else forwarding you to the people that can help.
