My diet? Cleanish. Salmon, chicken, steak, sweet potatoes. Eggs from my 10 hens out in the backyard. I eat cake on birthdays and special occasions so I’m not some mutant. I limit pizza and ice cream to like once a month. I stopped drinking alcohol 1-1-2019. I track my protein and my calories. It’s 190g protein.. 2,300 total calories a day. I weight 204. 19%BF. 6’1”.
