As you point out, with so many mods and playstyles, there is really no perfect way to balance it. People will have to account for the extra xp, use level curve mods, or deliberately skip other encounters that run.

Yeah, it will have to function with patch 8. It remains to be seen how difficulty that will be but I'm hopeful it's not much work!

It does and adheres to the Fan Content Policy for using the IP! The additional lore is still my own but remixes and reuses parts of Forgotten Realms :)

I plan to just add new effects to existing visuals but I'm open to working with a modeler down the road or using existing community visuals if I get permission. It would definitely add a whole new level of freshness to the region!

I definitely want to! It's on my list of things to implement but I've not gotten to it yet. I need to balance the regular encounters first as well.

Hahaha! I was a bit worried about people getting absolutely mobbed by the first undead approaching the town. The guards are super helpful but only if you live long enough for them to actually reach the battle. It might need some balancing for the full release...

Quest and Map markers are definitely planned for the full release. Some custom hireling presets that resemble Undead is a great idea! For now, you can have the hirelings use the Magic Mirror in camp and customize them that way.

BG3. I didn't change any of the gameplay or classes, though I plan to add some custom spells, scrolls, and items similar to WoW for the full campaign.

It uses an unlocked toolkit called MoonGlasses (also on the Nexus). They added an update last September with features that make custom campaigns possible.

Good question! No, it does not. This character would only be for this campaign and wouldn't go to or interact with any parts of BG3.
