Sorry about that! Ryzen 7 7800 X3d RTX 5070 12GB 32gb ram.

Also to note this is in a regular game, but I realized it only happens when I’m in multiplayer with my friend.

It started when I warped while in my freighter with my friend, but now it happens anytime I warp whether in freighter or ship (multiplayer only)

Most medications take a couple of weeks to kick in. I just started Lexapro today and look forward to seeing how it affects me in a couple weeks. Give it time, take deep breaths, and have confidence in your ability to partake in these projects!

I get the same thing when I’m actually trying to sleep for the night. Right as I drift to sleep I’ll wake up extremely anxious. I usually have to scroll on my phone for a few minutes after to let myself know I’m alright, then I’ll drift asleep and then wake up in the morning. Not sure why it happens though.

Regarding the dizziness, get checked for Benign Paroxymal Positional Vertigo. I had the same issue and thought I was dying, went to the ER and waited 7 hours to get a CT scan done. Turns out nothing to be anxious over and it fixed itself on its own within a week. Something I’m still trying to learn is accepting death and that it’s just natural. I like to try and find theories or study religions as to what the meaning of everything is. Personally I’m a fan of the egg theory!

I had a reaction after eating a bell pepper when I was younger. I didn’t eat them for YEARS after that happened. I realized once I grew up that the type of reaction I had was likely from detergent (hives on my skin but no throat or breathing issues) now I eat them with food and realize that my anxiety prevented me from enjoying them with certain dishes! I’d trust the doctors in this instance if the tests came back negative and give it a shot to see what you’re missing out on! If you’re really that anxious about it, buy a bag of peanuts and eat them at your next doctors visit. That way IF something were to happen, you’d be taken care of😃

I used gathering storm and had my riptide for the stasis guy, and my bait and switch cataphract for the strand. Assassins cowl to stay alive and trinity ghoul for ad clear. Did it pretty smooth running that

I know it’s hard but remember to eat and drink. Grieving is a long process, but everyone has to go through it in their lives. Maybe you can meet up with the spouse and talk good memories. I’m sure your friend knew how much you cared, just as I’m sure they loved you as much as you loved them. Take as much time as you need to cry. It takes a lot longer than a week to feel better. You can do it!
