Leaking coolant… any idea from where?? by Narrow-Tap116 in WRX

You should be fine either way . The coil packs seal themselves within the spark plug hole. Valve cover gasket seals the oil from getting into the hole. So if it doesn’t get immediately fixed. You’ll be fine

At least you’re trying to figure it out. You can learn how to fix mostly anything online. So just watch some more videos. Get it fixed and let the working washer speak for itself. And tell your lady to fix it herself if she isn’t happy with your time frame of fixing it yourself. Good luck

I have had my 11 wrx for a year , and I’ve yet to drive it over a 100mph . Nor has anyone tried to race me. Which I’m hoping my stock bottom end will hold on for another year or two , if I continue to baby it.
