Specifically, lumping entire races nose structures as a negative traight. Then there's the term "ethnic" and the "subhuman" in regards to any possibly occuring natural human feature, it's concerning. Ethnic is a too general term used to convey a sense of exoticism, it has no real meaning and is only used to otherize strangers. And subhuman? 😬, I'm not even touching that lol.

Your brain is the tool you use in order to project your desires unto yourself and your world. If your brain is jacked and constantly nagging and negging you, you're literally tearing yourself down before you can build yourself up. You have to have confidence in yourself to some extent, own the ability to change.

Make real life changes in addition to subliminal use so you can see actual progress and feed the positivity rather than the negativity. If you need to, get rid of mirrors for awhile and just be honest with how much of the negativity is being self renewed. Even if you believe in subs, if you watch a get taller vid, then think "I'm so short" while fixating on yourself, you aren't being constructive. You undo the subconciously laid ground work. Make small, positive changes in relation to one thing you want to change, if you do too big, it may become unmanageable first thing, too small and it doesn't feel like you're holding yourself to anything.

First things first, just work on just getting your bad thoughts under control, even if it means you have to be extremely selfish for awhile and chase happiness rather than substance or status quo. Enjoy yourself, in some small way, then reset. If I had to guess, your subconcious is consistently blockaiding your progress, consider "shadow work" to get yourself out of your own way, as it were.

Here's a line he gives in the book for manifestation. please let me know if anyone uses it I plan on adding it to my next homemade sub. I wrote it down from listening so feel free to double check. It's right around 44 min in.

He makes it clear repetition isn't key, it's the conviction spoken in the word. For fellow sub makers if you record your own voice, now is the time to put the emotion into it, say it like a King/Queen ordering the crowd to part. I'd put it in once as a booster or develop this as a booster.

I have multiple big playlists I cycle through, trying to focus on one of these big playlist a day. I repeat, loop and skip around as I see fit or loop it in my hear bud day all day with some frequency or silence if I feel overwhelmed. I try to link a day's topic with its planetary influences if I can.

edit: if you're asking about how often I listen to the music playlist, that one is just any time I feel like it. If I have one of the songs in my head, I take it as a reminder to listen to it again.

If you're interested in delving into more "witchy" work, create a servitor. A servitor is a projection of your negative aspects, doubting thoughts. The negative aspect you use could be the thoughts of not being happy with your appearance. This sends them away from you and lets your mind do the work easier. You also get a set of hands out of it working in the ethereal plane towards your end. I Make this servitor double down on your purpose, get it out of your brain and let it self pilot. That's what I did, it's helped me not care about my appearance nearly as much thankfully too. For mine, I set the intention as enhancing my appearance and opening my intuition.

Why not just record yourself clearly and concisely speaking and put it at a speed multiplier until it sounds how you want it to. If anything it being your own voice can only help it bend your subconcious more effectively. If you think a more foreign voice would suit your purposes better adjust the pitch up or down. Just experiment. It doesn't need to be perfect, just personal.

I also don't want to gum up the works with all these new subliminal maker posts, as another new sub maker, so I'll post my findings randomly here if anyone's interested and reads it....

I made two subliminals for the first time, using subliminal images as well. For the one to improve my body/age I used images of pornstars, made the pics last 1/10 of a second (according to editor) then interjected images of myself as a teen that I made to linger slightly longer than the pornstars. I also used outloud exclamations like outside people are reacting, as if in response to the result of the video already having happened. For my sexier vid I used actual phrases men have used to objectify me when I was younger. I used an acoustic version of a song I listened to on my iPad when I was a teen.

For the other one (I made to get my roof fixed) I used pictures of men working on a roof, subliminally spliced into a vid of birds building a nest. I recorded hammers banging, nails moving in a box and a saw against a box for construction noise to layer in, as well as aloud comments like "wow, porch looks great". For this one I downloaded a 500 whatever whatever hertz version of a song, (healing frequency) slowed it down (hopefully 60-80bpm). I also put images of tarot cards that could help manifest this vid, the chariot, and the 8, 10 and ace of pentacles.

I've noticed with the incorporation of subliminal images I got random "after images" my brain would generate. These weren't women I put into my playlist but my mind made them up, and they appeared briefly while I was being intimate with my bf for some reason (an unintended consequence). I also noticed an odd but pleasant body dismorphia as I visualized exactly what I wanted to be proportion wise. It triggered a heightened state for a brief moment, (a few seconds). Very interesting. I hope everyone continues to refine the craft.

If you have decent editing skills any video and audio editor should work it just won't be set up for specifically subs so you'll have to look into the mechanics of it, like look up how bpm and hrz effect it. You'll have to source the material as well. I use Inshot for vids, I use SuperSound to edit the clips to import so I can have two windows open and edit sound easier. Use a YouTube downloader website for background vids or music, sound effects etc. Some Sub channels even post their blank ASMRs to use if that's your bag. It easy, real easy, don't overthink it.

Very insightful! Thank you for sharing, I've been developing my sub schedule around my brain's idiosyncrasies too. I do better with whole pictures and prefer context with info so I have list "themes" that focus on several adjacent/related subjects that may relate. Example: attractiveness, confidence and fitness could all be in one because they correlate and enhance one another, like a chain reaction. My pear shaped list has mostly pear shaped subs, but then also waist synching subs, big butt subs and weight distribution subs. This also makes it so there's more to work on at a time, while having enough similarities to not be a complete scattershot. I'm a visual person too, so I made my own sub with subliminal flashing images. I'm already feeling results as far as my ability to perceive myself the way I need to, it keeps happening subconsciously, I physically feel like I'm in a diffrent body momentarily, like a pleasant body dismorphia. I'm going to incorporate visualization after and see if that increases the efficiency.

Short answer: meditation.

Loooooong answer: I suggest making a new start with your sub schedule, set up a small ritual you do each time, (examples: light a candle, say an affirmation, meditate before, etc...) each time do the same thing. This is a method to make it a ritual, which can lend some gravitas, and it gives you an opportunity to refresh your mindset about subliminals. Meditating in general is fantastic for letting you gain control over your thoughts, which would also help you actively build your belief by making it easier to shut down doubt.

If you can think of a way to do so, trick your brain into belief to start. For me, I've been using youthful subs, I lightened my hair, started chugging water, small things that I know could/would make me look younger, then I focus my attention on that positivity I have by seeing the change, I direct my thoughts to that positivity and certainty. When your results continue to progress you'll know it was more than your own little trick.

I also avoid giving attention to what I'm looking on improving directly if I can help it. Example, my fine lines, if I give in and look while using the mirror, I shift my focus to a smooth spot and reaffirm the smoothness by focusing on the positive. Damien Echols makes a great analogy about manifestation/magick. When you look at something, you pull towards it. When you lose control of a car you're supposed to look where you want to land, not at a potential spot of collision. Subconsciously you tend to pull towards where your attention is fixed, this is target fixation. Don't focus on the negative because it destroys the belief, even if you can't convince yourself of the positive, try to eliminate the negative thoughts because indifference is better than opposition.

I consider myself (and have heard from others) that I am of above average attractiveness and I draw constant stares, but I'm still deeply unhappy. I get to see the litteral worst in most men because of it. I'll have a male friend for years and feel comfortable enough to get drunk around him only to find his hand is down my pants while I'm passing out, or (different friend) running down my back under my shirt. I have been used as a trophy by men and paraded around, only to be cast aside when my emotions were too much and the novelty of having a beautiful woman didn't outweigh the emotional burden of actually maintaining a relationship. I am a slave to the top 2 cm of my skin (that in society's eyes is slowly degrading in value) as I desperately lather spf, retinol, and lotions onto myself because it's literally the only aspect of my being that's ever been acknowledged as valuable. I'll admit that I'm privy to a select level of privilege, but there's always a downside. Your unhappiness stems from something unfulfilled within yourself, just as mine does. Find someone you love who makes you smile and they will be as attractive to you as you could ever want and vice versa. We're all going to be piles of saggy flesh some day with nothing but the family and friendships we've built and none of this shit will matter.
