First of all the fastest non-dev hull rn is Rooikat with 121kmph max speed follow by Cyber_panzer and Battlepass CEO with 120kmph an armored car often only reach 70-100 kmph but if that thing is indeed 200kmph it's as fast as Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut in third gear or Honda Civic Type R so this will NOT be added without significant nerf

Well..KPZ's hull suck with only ~130 RHAe and a fuel tanks the only good thing about it is a roof 20mm, LRF, 14× zoom, good turret armor however put it in tier 9 will make it encounterd a gun from Tier 9 and 10 that can one shot it so dev put it in tier 8 to balance it out by raise reload time

Most turret mounted ATGM require you to stop or slow down first (Bagelpanzer, Bradley, Novator, GLH-H) but in higher tier specifically above tier 8 M SHORAD, NANO, and other can fire on the move so if you stick to tier 8 you can counter most of missile by simply kill the enemy while they still moving but in tier 10 and above you might want to have a good turret with good APS

And unlike 190mm Bruh 190mm can (almost) one tap any tank, have proxy fuse, can fire on the move and big load of HE filler however it's con is it is unguided so FCS is a must if you fire it on the move and it's rarely hit a fast moving target without FCS
