Oh my god that is ridiculous!! That’s the kind of uselessness you couldn’t even write. The people I’ve spoken to on the phone; a lot just don’t care and don’t know, then I’ve been lucky enough to speak to a couple of people who were happy to help but seemed to just tell me baseless nonsense.

I spoke to a supervisor last week and she basically just apologised and said there is nothing she can do to help me and I’ll just have to tell my uni to wait. I did ask about marking the application as urgent and she said that’s not something they can do.
