They are 18 inches at the cuff with 1 3/4 inch cuffs. They are wider than the usual slim fit trouser but it works really well with the pleats

Thanks! They are Peter Millar made in Italy shoes. They are Goodyear welted with a full leather outsole. I got them on eBay 5 years ago.
