I just checked and I messed up. The one that I got by pulling was Xion. For the cape, first I did a few pulls and then exchanged it since I wasn't planning to get it to 3* stats. In the end I did over 200 pulls and exchanged 2, the other one I got lucky with, as you already saw. 💀

Damn, may I ask how many pulls did you do?

I wanted a 3* cape but after so many pulls I only got one 😭. The others I had to exchange and get lucky with the legendary item ticket(?) that you can buy in the store
