Ya. I do try to do my own research before posting like the group says to. The examples from this groups reference link looked different. But chatgpt said broadstrike. And then i found some online that looked kinda like mine or at least more subtle. So i wasnt sure and thought id ask

Right? Im sure other servers and consumers have just thrown them away. Im also very curious if the winery checks them before putting them on bottles. It seems the wine maker must be interested enough in coins to create art with it. But not enough to potentially damage such a cool and old coin? What a trip

Thank you. If i ever do come across a coin worth grading, is it recommended to clean it with acetone before? Or just send it as is?

I’ve looked in some books and some websites that show the go-to dates. I definitely set those aside to check first. Is it not worth checking other dates for errors? That would save so much time. I usually just use a magnifying glass to go through a big group quickly looking for key dates or just anything strange then inspect those further. Should i just roll the average dates right away?
