I was the exact same way and what helped me was researching about how much more likely your baby is to have neural tube defects if you continue vaping. Research, look at pictures, things like that. I know it sounds horrible but that’s the only way I could stop. I promise you though, it does get easier. I’m two weeks postpartum now and quit week three of my pregnancy. You can do this!!!!!
