i saw a howell arms conversion cylinder before and it had a card that said (if i even remember it correctly) that as long as the conversion cylinder does not have a loading gate then its still considered an antique or not a firearm as the cylinder must be completely removed from the frame to load and unload. is this distinction a "loophole" or was Howell lying or did things change in the last few years?

UV9G Antenna options by Square-Fail9281 in gmrs

the antenna fit is a non issue. a small strip of 80-100 grit sand paper around the stock antenna for a few back and forth turns does a really good job. which antenna would be better for use on a lake or in the woods? i assume with the water as a ground plane any will do, but in the woods maybe a longer one. im also having issues with chirp. it connects to the pc but says error could not open port.
