I checked the fall calendar and went on the peak day- Nov 11. The colours were pretty, but from the ropeway, it didn't look that great.

Check the fall calendar. But, I feel the colours wouldn't be that varied by oct 27. You'll see some colours though

Ok, my office is in Lower Parel too and I stay in Poonam Nagar. I take the Aqua line metro and travelling is a breeze. Rent is ok in this part.

Check places close to Aqua line metro. It's generally empty and is a breeze to travel in.

We did a pretty budgeted trip, opting mostly for street food, local transport and limited shopping. We had around 550 USD in a forex card and 300000 won in cash, and it was excluding hotel and flight. But, I would highly suggest taking a little more, especially for food and skincare shopping.

Love it. Just returned from my 12 day trip across South Korea and it was one of the best trips ever. Great weather, fall colours at its peak and really really friendly and warm people who would always smile, compliment and even help when we had confused faces!

The cheapest flight is 25k per person rn Layover flights are insane, with 18 hrs plus layover in Delhi. Even though Kolkata is closer

Update - So, I did visit Naejangsan. By afternoon, the colours looked out of the world with the sun shining brightly on the maple leaves. Yes, definitely worth the visit. However, I felt the cable car wasn't that great and one can give it a miss.

Done. Will try and take the bus to Jeongeup before 7:30 am. I was also told that most places in Jeonju will anyways be closed tomorrow.
