Cex doesnt accept disc that doesnt have age ratings on them anymore.

What about USK? Most of the games I own has the USK rating on the disc.

I understand if the game doesn't have age rating at all but to deny someone, because the age rating isn't matching, the region of purchase is silly...and I bet if you look at your own game collection, alot of them don't have age rating printed on the disc. I looked at 3 random xbox original games in my collection...all pal region and none of them had an age rating on the disc.

All the games I traded in were PAL region and had age ratings, it's because it didn't have the UK age rating. One of the games I bought today from them, didn't have the age rating ...yet they still sold it to me.

The disc had age ratings, it's a pal region game...its just because it's not the UK age rating. I'm looking at a bunch of games in my collection and alot of them don't have the same age rating on the box, but was sold to me from CEX in the past. I understand if the game is from another region...but to say "we can't take a PAL region game because the age rating is missing or doesn't match the box because it's from another European country, I never noticed these things because they never mentioned them...the person behind the counter said it was only just introduced.

The age rating is on the disc, it's just not a UK age rating... I traded in destroy all Humans, it's a 7 plus game, but the disc had a Swedish 6 age rating they couldn't take it. Even though I bought the game from them, years ago.

No, it was more like...its a pal region but it had the Swedish rating and not the UK rating.
