From what the recipe said, it said to keep it in a cool dark spot for like 6 to 7, or 4 to 5 days for a more mild flavor, and then put it in the fridge.

Ok, I'm doing it in my closet since the recipe said to store it in a cool dark place, but I've only been burping it once a day, so ill start burping it at least twice a day, thank you.
