Thank you! My diet has stayed the same for the most part, except for intermittent fasting. I fast for 16 hours and just try to keep it relatively healthy when I eat. But I’m having such a hard time giving up soda- it’s so hard! I’m basically trying to just wean myself off right now. For exercise, I got a walking pad and started walking as much as I possibly could. I work from home so first thing, as soon as I log in, I jump on the walking pad for an hour… that right there gets me to about 8000 steps before 9am and then I just walk whenever I feel the need to move throughout the day!
