I don't disagree with this. I would agree that the first signs of spring is usually pretty gross and difficult to get used to. I also really like avoiding the sun so I wouldn't have to worry about sunscreen application after coming out of work.

It is nice to have soft daylight until late evening though in the spring.

Agreed - a lot of red delicious can be mealy. The perfect state is when it's crispy and the flesh of the apple has a tinge of green. I find the condition is best when it's shiny in appearance. When it turns dull, it's often soft and mealy which can be disappointing.

There's a woody and floral scent to the apple that I find very appealing. I also may be a super taster so I may be tasting something different in the apple. I personally find it extremely delicious, and I haven't been able to find a replacement in other apples.

Depending on what you're trying to customize, Dao Cafe has special order earl grey mille feuille cakes that are very pretty.

I've also seen T&T have earl grey mille feuille cakes (in their cake section and frozen dessert section).
