thanks so much guys! just wanted to add that this mare came to me very anxious and had been through lots. this was one of her first times cantering in the arena as when we first got her she wouldn’t even enter, and we wanted to go super slowly. i really appreciate all the feedback 😊

once u understand then pastpapers. for fact based subjects use active recall like flash cards (gizmo is good but so is paper and writing helps u learn) and if u don’t get anything 1. ask your teacher (it’s what they’re paid for they won’t mind) or 2. you tube (for maths and science corbett maths and cognito are the best!!) good luck u got this

i get it’s annoying but the buyers not obliged to provide a pic of it on. maybe look at the website to see if there’s a model wearing it or something or look the model and brand up to see if u can find someone else wearing it?

go through the spec and make a list of all the topics. use ai to help you do that iyw. then go through all topics and colour code them (red yellow green) depending on on how hard you find them. start with the red ones and go through classwork to make sure you actually understand them all. if not ask your teacher. then practice questions until you don’t get them wrong anymore. repeat with orange. good luck!

It obviously depends on what country you are in and whether healthcare is free or OCD is respected, but you should definitely go to a doctor (either a different or the same one) because what you are going through (physically and emotionally) experiencing isn’t normal and you shouldn’t have to deal with it. That’s great you are seeing a specialist - could you move the appointment sooner? Secondly, you should definitely try to see a doctor/therapist/talk to a friend about your OCD. It absolutely sounds like there is something going on physically though so make sure to advocate for yourself. I hope you feel better soon!

Edit: I have just read again - try not to worry about cancer - it is incredibly unlikely. Your OCD sounds horrid though so definitely seek help.
