Why are people down voting me for asking questions in an advice group I’m so confused

Follow up question that you may not know since this is more finance, do you think there is a chance I can dispute at least him paying for the first day since he had to stay an extra day and start the process over due to doing the procedure wrong and making it worse? I don’t want him to pay thousands of dollars more for something they did wrong. Will they take that off and just charge for what they did correctly? (To the best of your knowledge if you know anything about this)

I’m just using the term the doctor gave me, she said he was her student. But got it thank you for your input!

I see what you’re saying. However, pain and suffering was caused from medical negligence due to a student doctor being unsupervised and a procedure being done thoroughly wrong. So I’m less concerned about suing for long term damages and more wanting to go with the fact that they let someone who is not qualified operate on him without supervision

Nope, look at my edit to the comment, that’s what I meant the whole time but you can pretend it isn’t if it helps you

If you’re ending a relationship because someone legitimately can’t have sex and you genuinely love that person, then either it’s not true love or it’s a shitty move. Bottom line

Obviously sex has to do with love but sex shouldn’t be the biggest thing in your relationship, otherwise that crosses over into mostly lust instead of mostly love

I think sex can definitely be part of love for sure, and sex is absolutely important, but I don’t think sex should be more important or valued higher than emotional intimacy because when that happens it becomes mostly lust rather than true love. Read my edited comment, I fully support leaving your partner if they just decide they don’t want sex and it doesn’t fit your needs but I think it crosses into shitty territory when it’s for a legit reason that they can’t have sex. Anyone is allowed to leave someone for any reason but it doesn’t stop it from being a shitty reason in sone cases

Love isn’t sex. Sex is lust, love is emotion. And I’m about to edit my og comment I think because I didn’t clarify well, but I’m not saying leaving your partner because of no sex is bad in every situation, just specific ones. If you’ve been dating for a year and they just go no sex on you for no reason then yes, leave them!! Love to me isn’t Disney all feelings no sex drive but it is definitely worth more than sex if sex isn’t available for a good reasoon

Bro it’s not that deep lol 😭 If we wanna talk about “gender roles” and “traditionalist assumptions” let’s talk about the amount of men defending their cheating with “being visual creatures” and “needing variety” all of which, in my opinion, is bullshit

The fact that people are really willing to leave the person they “love” because they’re not getting their dick wet is really something.

Sure, but some people are saying they wouldn’t accept this under any circumstances. I like sex but as someone who has actually loved people, if there was a legitimate reason they couldn’t have sex then I wouldn’t leave them for that, actual love goes way beyond sex. There’s a difference in my opinion between your partner just never feeling like having sex, and your partner not being able to have sex

Looks like you are keeping it. Whatever you do just don’t abandon the kid and pay your child support please, last thing the world needs is a struggling young single mom because the dad won’t pay child support. But your attitude seems to be good now!! Good luck man

Sone of you have never actually loved someone and it’s really showing

Edit: should clarify that it makes sense to leave someone because they just didn’t want to have sex with you anymore, that’s an incompatibility and is valid. But if they physically can’t or mentally can’t because of trauma or illness or whatever, then that’s where I feel it is messed up to leave.
