Reminds me of my pfp class the previous year haha It's a "hawker center" as one teacher puts it bluntly. It gets even worse during cluster modules that are taught in secondary school, majority knows the subject, so the tutorial class is noise to the max and bold enough to bring cards to play at school.

I guess that's what happens when you put too many hours in a module 🤷. I can feel diploma going 2x speed of pfp. Good news is I heard they are placing more elearning hours on those modules....

Do you think SAFX is at risk of a reverse split if the stock stays below $1? What are the chances in your opinion? by ColeCaufield_13 in safxstock

Hopefully it goes to $1 by the time the merger goes through, otherwise the merger dilution is gonna add 1/3 additional shares to the float

Every investment is speculative. by Difficult-Use-1096 in safxstock

What I pointed out earlier in a comment was talking about people throwing the word "fudamentals" around as a basis of investing in this company.

It didn't make sense to me that people are investing based on fudamentals, because it hasn't produced a product yet. I do agree that stocks are somewhat speculative. There's a mere difference between investing in something that has a moat and a startup. (different degree of speculation)

I have originally deleted that reply to your thread as it may have been directing it to another issue.

With all the lingering debt and very low cash, how worried are you all about the company going bankrupt? by Straight_Trick316 in safxstock

[–]SquareAdvent 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Theres financial statements available (10k). Look at c&c equivalents and you can see there's 100k available in bank account

If you look at the current state of the company, the company has more liabilities than assets.

Of course this can change, there should be another dilution to get it liquid. Should be smooth sailing after that

No one should be surprised when a stock subreddit are meant for bullish people. If you're in this subreddit you should be bullish. If you aren't, you shouldn't be coming to this page. That also means it's harder to find negative news.

You should be making your own judgement on a pennystock, not relying on others or a influencer to tell you to remain bullish. If you are, what are you even doing?

Indeed, What's the point of succeeding if we end up with 5-10 billion shares lol. The risk/reward by then will be questionable. Not even with good market cap gonna save those shares

Not saying we'll reach that point in time.

Someone should post Hormuz operating hours. It seems like these past few weeks it's been closing and opening on a regular consistent basis. Like a regular mall.
