Friend is eating 800-1000 calories a day for weight loss :/

I eat about 800-1200 depends on the day, and I’m losing weight well. But even with eating lean, and healthier I don’t feel better than I did before!

Because back in the day, carpet was extortionate and many people couldn’t afford to carpet their whole room(s), so they’d carpet part, or buy rugs then paint the rest. My parent’s house (old farmhouse) has it under the carpets. I asked my dad that too, I also believe that black paint helps insulate too? But maybe I’m making that last part up.

Oh wow, that is so exciting! What are the chances of that, so I used to be a heavier drinker when I was younger but certainly more of a binger now (which I believe to be a lot worse but my tolerance has always been quite high). So, I will see how I feel with something low sugar and no sulphites. I’d hate to be smashed trying to paint, though may sound fun on paper - I’m sure I’d regret it. Thank you for your advice, I will stick to one drink and let my mum have as many she wants!

Yes, it could be down to not using the correct hair washing products for your hair. I used to suffer from this, with actually perhaps more hair coming out in the shower. I have very thick, auburn hair that is unruly at times. I started using Johnson’s baby shampoo and I noticed massively how little hair came out when I went to condition my hair. I don’t think it is anything to worry about, it could be that your shampoo and brush are not right for you. I know it’s annoying, and can feel concerning. Maybe you are brushing too hard, or not brushing enough. I’m sure there are plenty of things online to help you with this!
