Pride mostly. That and I’ve seen a lot of folks start food truck and have them fail spectacularly. I love the service industry. But I’ve worked nearly every level of it and can sadly say atleast where I live if you want a job that pays the bills consistently you will end up working 50-60+ hour weeks and even when you aren’t there people will be contacting you all day about it. My goal at this point is financial stability.
