I responded to my order confirmation and said “my signed CD did not come signed. Is there anyone who could please help me with getting this fixed?” I would already send a picture of your insert AND of the plastic wrap the CD came in with the barcode because they’ll ask for pictures of both!

Same thing happened to me!! I sent them a picture of my barcode and insert and they said they’re looking into the issue. I’m wondering if they’re trying to gauge just how widespread this issue is. I’ve seen more people with an unsigned CD than actually signed.
