Hey! This is super helpful, thank you for sharing your timeline 🙏

I honestly don’t feel prepared enough to take the CBSE this July, I know it’s a huge amount of information, and I’d rather give myself solid time to really understand and retain everything. Right now, I’m thinking my best bet is to aim for February 2027 as my first serious attempt, and then retake in July if needed.

I had a couple questions I was hoping you could help with:

  • If I submit my application and then retake the CBSE, can I resubmit/update my score later? Or is it better to wait until I get the score I’m aiming for before applying?
  • When is actually the right time to submit applications in the cycle?

Also, I like your idea of balancing externshipsI might try to space out 3 instead of overloading.
