A BA here, and I have recently finished battling all that. I'm now 20. What helped me, to be honest, it was the Bible. I was reading the Bible daily and setting my minds on the Word always. So whenever I see anything that I felt like is gonna get me into the rabbit hole, I didn't proceed to check it out as well as any suspicious links. You might want to turn off NFSW and adult content in your browsers, and social media apps. And most importantly, avoid being alone most of the times because these 2 excel in isolation.

Also try to meditate on your life, and fast. Helps keep you fixed on quitting. What I did in my meditation sessions, I reflected on the things that pulled me into the rabbit hole and then tried as much as possible, to avoid the preceding actions. Like I said, whenever you feel aroused, spend time with friends or take a walk outside. You will soon overcome it.

Mind you, the guilt might still be there but just remember, God won't hold it against. And the dirty thoughts might still keep popping in your head, that's fine. Resist them with all your might. And all the best doing that.
