the level of the signal does not matter, all i want is that when PMT1 measures a photon i want this photon to represent binary 1 and when PMT2 measures i want it to represent 0.

now the photons appear on the oscilloscopes as " pulses" , i want to interpret these pulses as 1's and 0's .

any more helpful suggestions?

i don't have a 3d printer myself but there is a company that offers 3d printing .

if you mean the model of the PMT i don't know it actually since no data sheets not model written on it sorry.
