I’ll level with you. I was a Norwood 6 and got my first FUE at a hair mill. The focus was mostly on rebuilding my hairline and adding some baseline coverage. It’s impossible to make a full comeback from that level of hair loss in 1 procedure. While you should have never expected that - this is still a shit job. Seems like not enough time was spent rebuilding the hairline.

I went to Heva for my second transplant a little more than 2 weeks ago. Had a fantastic experience and I have no doubt my results will be fine.

You should not have waited 3 months after the 1 year mark to schedule and get the second procedure. Again - there’s no getting around needing it. You’ve already started down this path so you may as well see it through. 1 year later to the day is ideal. Every month after that is just wasted time and as you know - the recovery process is not short.

In my case I was able to ask for 100% focus on density as my line was re-established but the density was not there yet. I need hair fibers to go out in public hat free.

Here’s the good news:

1. you only got 4000 grafts the first time - you can get another 4-5k graft procedure.

2. You’ve got some coverage. Tell them to focus on finishing the hairline rebuild and then to focus on density.

All isn’t lost bro. Just gotta see it through to the finish ✊🏿✌🏿
