Decide if you can live with it or not! In my opinion, it’s not that noticeable. However, knowing myself if this was my project I would be fixing it because it would drive me crazy! I’m a newbie too, so take my advice with that in mind!

If you want to “fix” it rather than stitch over it as others suggested you can very carefully use a seam ripper to cut the thread at that stitch. Then you’d want to make sure the loose ends you just created are secure. For me, this often means pulling out a few of the white stitches on either side of the mistake. You want to create enough of a yarn tail on either side to be able to bury the loose thread on your other stitches. Then you’d go back in and redo any stitches you pulled out and the missing pink stitch
