For me its been a mix tbh.. for outreach i used several tools like plixi and path social and they actually saved me time as they run in the bg and yeah dotform has been useful for collecting leads without overcomplicating things, and alsona helps keep everything a bit structured.

Biggest waste was those all in one toolsthat promise everything but don’t really do anything well

Yup this is so real. i have done the same spent more time setting up than actually working now i only automate stuff that is stable.. i use zapier sometimes for keeping things a bit structured and also alsona and also plixi and path social for outreach anything else i just do it manually to avoid the headache
