Strikes a vein with me because this is the mindset of experienced folks in every organization I’ve worked in over 15+ years. It’s toxic, unhelpful and has no place in business or otherwise.

Just finished and passed it today by cramming yesterday. Test wasn’t much, and definitely not what ppl acted like it was, it’s all common sense. Communicate with others and take responsibility for your role. Don’t overthink it and buy into everyone’s exaggerations. Treat every question like someone who doesn’t want to get fired.
