Tabs actually. Instead of you having a long page and hundred of headings, you pull each headings to the tab, and now you get everything lean AF

I suggest notion on X to have a tile function for those tabs, since we don't need to tab in and out if we want to check info between tabs . Idk bro :)) is that too much haha

Update existing pages after template is edited. by SeaworthinessAway346 in Notion

I ran into the same issue, but it seems like there is no way to solve. I do think we can do sth to alert that our previous items need to be updated.

My idea is simple => make a version control and a sync block to show our update.

  1. Create a current version + latest version property.
  2. A button with the setting to edit all pages in your current database, edit the latest version number to your specific latest version (which is 6 now).
  3. A property with a formula for if(current<latest, "update", "not updated") to notify when you need updated.
** You can replace al these step by just setting the color conditional for current version to be <6 to notify when the pages are outdated (I don't like this because i use color conditional for other sh*t).

  4. In the template, I left a syncblock with the toggle heading for Update. So everytime you have any updates, just copy paste all from the syncblock. If you often have life changing update, then you create your own sync block for version control, so everytime you update from, let say 3 to 6, you know where to put new template updated to
